ROCK
HOUND: Horatio 'Harvey'
Plumb Parmelee 1836-1916
Linus Smith, Joshua, Joshua, Jehiel, Joshua, John, John

Merchant and geologist Harvey collected rocks from all over the world. Over the years he piled them in the yard of his Breezy Point cottage near the Upper Channel at Charlevoix, Mich.
Harvey's sole hobby was collecting rocks from far and wide. Mrs. Bisbee, a subsequent owner of the property, had the rocks removed to get rid of snakes that had made the pile their home.
The rocks were buried on the terrace at 45 Belvedere Club, the Boucher cottage, where they await some baffled geologist of the future.
