Olin was a physician. He got his medical degree from the University of Illinois in 1905, briefly had an office at Wells and North avenues in Chicago, and then moved to Lambertville, Mich. He and his wife, Edith Peden (Kinney) [1878-1961], were buried at Toledo Memorial Park in Sylvania, Ohio.
